Eating

It is fine to eat something light before the treatment.  

After the treatment, please drink plenty of water and you might want to plan

to eat something then.

Afterwards

​

During the 24 - 72 hours after the treatment, you may be more hungry, tired, achy

or emotional. These are possible responses of the treatment working through

your system. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have.

Cancellations

Please call at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If you are sick, please don't hesitate to call to cancel.
